Notarised deed of sale for the qualifying Latvian real estate property, registered with the land registry.

Official certification that the market value meets or exceeds the €250,000 minimum threshold, issued by a certified assessor.

Bank Transfer Confirmation
Proof of payment via bank transfer. Cash payments are strictly not accepted under program rules.

Health Insurance
Comprehensive health insurance policy valid for Latvia and the full Schengen area, covering all family members included.

Marriage & Birth Certificates
For spouse and children included in the application. Apostilled and officially translated copies are required.
