Notarised deed of sale for the qualifying Portugaln real estate property, registered with the land registry.

Official confirmation from the fund manager that the €500,000 investment has been received and is held in the qualifying fund.

Bank Transfer Confirmation
Proof of payment via bank transfer. Cash payments are strictly not accepted under program rules.

Health Insurance
Comprehensive health insurance policy valid for Portugal and the full Schengen area, covering all family members included.

Marriage & Birth Certificates
For spouse and children included in the application. Apostilled and officially translated copies are required.
